The machine should only be switched on for a maximum operating time of up to 8 hours per day. Please only leave towels in an operating machine for a maximum of 2 hours. Always ensure that towels are present in the warmer while it is switched on to avoid damage to the unit.

• Please clean the towel warmer with a slightly wet towel before first use due to protective iron powder inside the machine.
• Cleansing should be done daily after use to prevent buildup that may cause rusting over time; we will not be liable for any damages caused by neglecting these instructions.
• If rusty marks appear, gently wipe them away using soft or mild rust cleaners or natural options.
• The unit must be kept in a well-ventilated area at all times.
